Question 1: Do you offer delivery or is it for pick-up only?
We offer both! You can pick up your order at our café, or arrange for delivery via Maxim. We do not handle the Maxim booking internally.
Question 2: Are you available on GrabFood or FoodPanda?
Yes, you can find us on both GrabFood and FoodPanda for direct ordering and delivery. You can also book third-party delivery services like Maxim from our main store.
Question 3: Do you have mini cakes available?
Yes, we currently offer Mini Choco and Mini Caramel cakes daily.
Question 4: Is the Caramel Cake available today?
Yes, our Caramel Cake is typically available daily. As it is our best-seller, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability, especially for bulk orders.
Question 5: How can I see your menu?
We can send you our full menu and pricelist immediately. (Alternatively: Our menu is posted on our Facebook Page under the Photos tab).
Question 6: Do you have a Matcha Cake?
Yes, our Matcha Cake is available for pre-order and reservation only.
Question 7: What are your location and operating hours?
We are located beside Surebiz Marketing, #59 Rizal Street, La Paz, Iloilo City. We are open Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Question 8: How long does it take to prepare an order?
Most of our standard cakes and pastries are ready for immediate pick-up as they are kept on display.
Question 9: Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, all deliveries booked via third-party services like Maxim are subject to a delivery fee, which is paid directly to the courier upon arrival.
